Documentation

  • Valid passport with at least one year of validity.
  • For children under 16 years of age, a photocopy of the parent’s or guardian’s identification.
  • For children under 5 years of age, it is mandatory to present in original and copy: the original official vaccination record, neonatal screening results, hospital discharge papers.
  • Application sheet with your NZER or NZHR number, if available.
  • If you are currently undergoing medical treatment or have had recent surgery, please bring your prescription and/or medical summary.

Prepare for your exams

  • Remember to schedule your free transportation from your accommodation or the airport to the clinic. Schedule transportation.
  • Fast for at least 8 hours (you can only drink plain water) for applicants aged 15 and older.
  • For applicants aged 5 and older, the first urine of the day will be collected.
  • If you are taking any medication, do not stop it; it will not affect the results in any way.
  • Minors under 18 years of age must always be accompanied by one of their parents, guardians, or petitioners. If none of the aforementioned can accompany them, they need to present a notarized letter, signed, and sealed.
  • We have a waiting room inside our facilities for your companions.
  • Women should not come for the medical examination while menstruating to avoid contamination of the urine sample.
  • If you wear glasses, please bring them with you.
  • Wear comfortable clothing without accessories.
